GENERAL
Do I need to be fully vaccinated to attend the September shows?
As it currently stands you do not need to be fully vaccinated to attend.
What are the entry requirements?
For ticket holders based in England you will be required to present the NHS Covid Pass to provide one of the the following:

Proof of a negative lateral flow test [within 48 hours of the event]

These tests are free and can be easily accessed via either your local pharmacy or online.

-
Proof of a negative PCR test [within 48 hours of the event]

You can order a free PCR test kit to be sent to your home or book an appointment at a walk-in or drive-through test site. Both can be done via https://www.gov.uk/get-coronavirus-test
- OR
-
Proof of natural immunity by way of a positive PCR test [within 180 days of the event].
- OR
-
Completion of a full course (both jabs) of vaccination [at least 14 days ahead of the event]
For ticket holders based elsewhere in the UK you will be required to present:

A negative lateral flow test [within 48 hours of the event]

A negative PCR test [within 48 hours of the event]

Via your official email or SMS result.

- Completion of a full UK course of vaccination, via an NHS Covid Pass letter [at least 14 days ahead of the event]
For international ticket holders outside of the UK, you will be required to present:

Proof of a negative NHS lateral flow test [within 48 hours of the event]

Please register your negative test result HERE. (using your UK accommodation/place of residence postcode)

Proof of a negative NHS PCR test [within 48 hours of the event]

Via your official email or SMS result.

Any other forms of proof (excluding exemptions) will not be accepted.

Do I need to wear a face covering/practice social distancing at the September shows?
You will not be required to wear a face covering while attending the event, however we advise visitors to be responsible, and wear a mask where they feel appropriate.
What if I haven’t been offered a vaccine?
We understand that not all our guests will have received a vaccination yet, but you can still attend our September shows, as long as you’re able to provide proof of a negative lateral flow or PCR test (within 48 hours of entry) via the COVID Pass.

Where is ABGT450?
ABGT450 will take place at The Drumsheds, Meridian Water, Argon Road, London N18 3BW on Saturday, September 4, 2021.
How do I get to ABGT450?
Walk - If travelling by foot please arrive via N17 0QJ.
Train & Tube – Meridian Water station is a 5-minute walk to the venue with a regular service to and from Stratford, calling at Lee Bridge, Tottenham Hale, Northumberland Park and Meridian Water.
If travelling via the Victoria Line, please change at Tottenham Hale for Abellio Greater Anglia services to and from Meridian Water. Please do not attempt to walk to the venue from Tottenham Hale.
Taxi – Please use the postcode N18 3BW. There will be an official Uber and Black Cab drop off and pick up point.
What should I do if I feel unwell at ABGT450?
Please make a member of staff aware and they will direct you to the Welfare and Medic Area. We have a dedicated Welfare and Medical area on site should you feel unwell.
What should I do if someone is making me feel uncomfortable at ABGT450?
Your safety and comfort during the event is our absolute priority.
Should anyone make you feel uncomfortable at any time, move away from the person, tell your friends and then report the individual to any member of staff.
Can I smoke/vape at ABGT450?
Within the designated outside smoking areas, yes. If you are caught smoking anywhere except for the designated outdoor smoking areas, you will be ejected from the venue without a refund.
Can I bring my prescription medicine or medical equipment to ABGT450?
If you need to bring any medicine or medical equipment to the event, this will need to be booked and approved with the venue in advance of the show. To request this, please email: info@thedrumshedslondon.co.uk

Who can I talk to about accessibility?
We take the needs of Ticket Holders who are disabled or have other access requirements very seriously and actively encourage people of all abilities to attend the Event. If you have access requirements or concerns about any elements of the Event, please specify such requirements or concerns either at the point of purchase or afterwards in good time before the Event via email to info@thedrumshedslondon.co.uk
TICKETING
What should I do if I haven't received my ticket?
You should refer to your official ticket agent's website for all ticketing related terms and conditions.
Can I change the name on my ticket?
Yes, please contact your ticketing agent to discuss this further.
Can I get ticket insurance?
You should refer to your official ticket agent's website for all ticketing related terms and conditions. Our primary ticketing agent Kaboodle offers ticket insurance.
Can I cancel my ticket?
Tickets are non refundable.
If ABGT450 is postponed will my ticket still be valid?
If this show is postponed you will be offered a ticket for the new date. Should you no longer be able to attend the revised date, you will be offered a refund for the face value of the ticket minus any booking fees.

If ABGT450 is cancelled will I be able to get a refund?
If the show is cancelled you will be offered a full refund for the face value of the ticket minus any booking fees.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
What is the ABGT450 entrance policy?
All tickets will be checked and scanned on entry. Searching is a condition of entry to protect your safety and that of other visitors. All persons entering the venue are also governed by the licence conditions and are liable for searches by security staff. Full body and bag searches will be carried out before entry is granted. Any refusal by the ticket holder to comply with such searches may result in refusal of admission and eviction from the venue without refund or compensation.
When I leave ABGT450 can I re-enter?
No, unfortunately not. There will be no re-entry to ABGT450.
When is last entry?
Last entry is 5pm. It is advised to arrive early to avoid queues.
Do I have to be 18 to attend?
Yes, ABGT450 is an 18+ event. You may be asked to prove your age on entry to the venue, so please bring along your I.D.
What forms of ID are acceptable as proof of age?
We only accept a valid passport, foreign national ID cards, driving license or home office approved PASS hologram as identification and/or proof of age. If you are not able to provide a valid and in-date form of ID, you may be refused entry on to the premises.
Can I bring my own food & drink?
You're not permitted to bring food or drink into the venue.
There will be a range of food and drink options. You can ask for free drinking water from our bars.
What is the bag policy at ABGT450?
We do not allow bags or rucksacks on site that are bigger than an A4 piece of paper (21cm x 30cm). Please only bring essential items with you to the venue.
I am a press representative, can I request a press pass for ABGT450?
Email contact@anjunabeats.com with details about your outlet. We'll read all requests - if we don't get back to you, unfortunately your request has been denied.
Can I bring a water bottle?
No water bottles are permitted. Free drinking water is available at all of our bars.
Can I bring my camera?
Ticket Holders must not bring into (or use within) the Venue any equipment which is capable of recording or transmitting (by digital or other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data in relation to the Event or any aspect of it, except for mobile phones and small cameras used for personal and private purposes only. We may operate a ‘no-flash' camera policy in our audience space. Unauthorised photography or use of professional recording equipment is prohibited, we reserve the right to destroy any unauthorised recordings. Ticket Holders assign the future copyright in any photographs, films or recordings that they make at the Venue in breach of this prohibition to the Promoter.
Confiscation of professional camera equipment (to be returned after the show) may be necessary as a condition of entry.
What Items are prohibited at ABGT450?
Please note you are NOT permitted to bring into (or use) any of the following items into the venue; illegal substances; legal highs or any other psychoactive substances; food; any form of liquid (including drinks and perfume); chewing gum; point and shoot cameras; bottles; weapons; ammunition; horns; whistles; drums, megaphones, amplification equipment, klaxons, air horns; fireworks, flares, smoke canisters, explosives, firearms, knives, blades; or any other article which may be used as a weapon or missile, or which may, in our reasonable opinion, cause danger or disruption to visitors at the venue (regardless of whether or not such item is illegal or is carried for specific purposes); large bags; hi-visibility tabards or similar; sponsorship, promotional or marketing material; marker pens, spray paint or any other similar items that may be used to mark infrastructure
We reserve the right to confiscate any Prohibited Items. Anyone found in possession of such items will be refused admission, ejected from the venue and may also be liable for prosecution. No refunds will be given to customers who are refused admission due to possession of Prohibited Items.

Animals, with the exception of guide dogs, are not permitted in the venue.
